How does this work ?
We have developed two
programs for you to choose from:
1. Reservation
Service
10% Commission
Introductory
rate of 5% for first 3 months.
a. We list
your business for free.
b. We receive all lodging requests from our site and forward
appropiate requests to you.
c. You then email / phone / fax us back availability
and rate information.
or .........you can keep us updated on availability daily. This way
we can send this info directly to the customer without having to contact you.
d. We then return an email to the prospective client
and wait for a return message.
e. If they decide to rent lodging from you....
We will contact you immediately with the client information.
f. At this point the client is yours and you can deal
with them the best way to fit your business procedure.
All requests that are given to you will be logged and billed monthly. We will charge
you 10% of the total value of all bookings sent you you
through our service. If you lose a customer after we hand them to you , you still
own the 10% commission.
If we don't help you rent ....... you pay nothing !
We can also book properties from
start to finish if desired.
2. Listing Service
a. We list your property and information.
b. All booking of you property is up to you the owner. When we receive a
reservation request we simply forward directly to you.
We charge $250 per year to
list a motel, hotel, B & B, or rental property.
